Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840m/9,318ft), Trek to Phakding (2,610m/8,563ft)
Distance: 35 minutes flight, 3 – 4 hours trek

Trek Phakding to Namche Bazar (3,440m/11,286ft)
Walking Distance: 5-6 hours

DAY 5

At Namche – Acclimatisation Day (3,440m/11,286ft)

DAY 6

Trek Namche to Tengboche (3,870m/12,697ft)
Walking Distance: 5 – 6 hours

 Trek Tengboche to Dingboche (4,400m/14,436ft)
Walking Distance: 5 – 6 hours

DAY 8

At Dingboche to Acclimatisation Day (4,400m/14,436ft)

Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,900m/16,076ft)

Trek Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,140m/16,864ft) Visit to EBC (5,365m/17,602ft) or

DAY 11

Trek Gorak Shep to Pheriche (4,220m/13,845ft) Hike to EBC or Kala Patthar
(5,550 m/ 18,207ft) Walking Distance: 8 – 9 hours.

DAY 12

Trek Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286ft)
Walking Distance: 5 – 6 hours

DAY 13

Trek Namche to Lukla (2,840m/9,318ft)
Walking Distance: 16km. 6 – 8 hours

DAY 14

Final Departure from Lukla to Kathmandu (1,400m/4,593ft)

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS :

In addition, please carry the below three documents. Document two and three need to be,
filled in, signed and handed over to the trek leader at the base camp. Without these
documents you will not be allowed on the trek.
1. Original and photocopy of government photo identity card –and voters ID are accepted
2. Medical Certificate (first part to be filled by a doctor and second part by the trekker)
3. 2 passport size photographs
4. Personal Medicines as per your need
